Role Overview

This opening is for a full-time Talent Acquisition Manager in Patna, with some flexibility for working remotely on occasion. The position is responsible for managing the complete hiring cycle, from finding and attracting strong candidates to conducting interviews and contributing to final hiring choices. You will also help shape the employer brand, collaborate with hiring managers on workforce needs, and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment end to end, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Identify and engage qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Participate in interviews and support selection decisions for open roles.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and prioritize hiring efforts.
  • Create and support employer branding efforts that improve the organization’s appeal to candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates for upcoming requirements.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation capabilities.
  • Background in employer branding or talent attraction initiatives.
  • Clear verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good coordination, planning, and time management skills to juggle multiple roles and deadlines.
  • Comfort using recruitment tools, hiring platforms, and sourcing techniques.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar area is preferred, though not compulsory.
  • Experience recruiting for education, technology, or startup environments will be an added advantage.
