Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator position is pivotal in ensuring a superior experience for candidates and employees across the APAC region. This role blends recruitment support with HR operations, managing interview logistics, onboarding and offboarding activities, maintaining HR documentation, and streamlining recruitment and HR processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across diverse teams and locations, facilitating both virtual and in-person sessions including technical and project evaluations.
- Serve as the main communication hub for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and external vendors throughout the hiring process.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and changes with proactive oversight of interview timetables.
- Provide candidates with clear, timely updates to maintain a positive recruitment experience.
- Manage candidate travel logistics and expense reimbursements in collaboration with internal travel teams.
- Maintain precise candidate and job requisition records using Workday and Greenhouse platforms.
- Support recruitment events and hiring programs like Super Days and assist with recruiting operations and reporting improvements.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes by coordinating cross-functional activities, scheduling orientation sessions, and delivering company culture and policy presentations to new hires.
- Be a reliable resource to new employees during their transition into the company.
- Act as the initial contact for HR-related inquiries within APAC, handling benefits, data changes, and directing cases to appropriate HR centers of excellence.
- Support daily HR transactions involving onboarding, employee updates, transfers, and offboarding using Workday.
- Assist offboarding processes through managing documentation, system access, and logistical coordination.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational workflows and employee experiences.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition Coordination, HR Operations, or related human resources roles.
- Exhibit strong organization and multitasking capabilities to effectively handle competing priorities in dynamic environments.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on candidate and employee engagement.
- Demonstrate proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems, particularly Workday and Greenhouse.
- Show strong attention to detail, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
- Possess problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively across various teams.
- Experience supporting full employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and familiar with foundational reporting tools.
- Preferred knowledge of Singapore's employment laws, Ministry of Manpower regulations, work pass procedures, and HR compliance standards.
