  • Support and guide crisis response efforts during disruptive events with escalation protocols and decision-making assistance.
  • Conduct post-incident evaluations to identify improvement opportunities and implement lessons learned.
  • Report on readiness metrics, risk insights, and preparedness trends for leadership oversight.

  • Provide subject-matter expertise, training, and guidance on business continuity and emergency management to key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Emergency Management, Risk Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in business continuity, emergency preparedness, risk management, or operational resilience roles.
  • Proven expertise designing and managing business continuity and emergency response programs globally.
  • Strong grasp of risk assessment tools, business impact analysis, and continuity planning methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams and influence outcomes within matrix organizational structures.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills for both training delivery and executive reporting.

Preferred Experience and Credentials

  • Experience working within regulated, manufacturing, or multinational corporate environments.
  • Background supporting crisis management or incident response teams.
  • Knowledge of global business continuity frameworks and standards.
  • Track record of advancing program maturity and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Business Continuity or Emergency Management certifications such as CBCP, MBCI, or CEM are advantageous but not essential.

Additional Details

  • English language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, predominantly domestically.
