About the Role
Shutterfly is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help drive high-volume hiring for its manufacturing team. The position centers on interview coordination, candidate logistics, onboarding support, and assistance with basic offer processing. It is a hands-on role for someone who works well in a busy environment, enjoys keeping scheduling on track, and is focused on creating a positive candidate journey.
This position must be performed onsite in the Fort Mill, SC office.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Arrange interviews for manufacturing positions at both hourly and salaried levels, including phone screenings, onsite meetings, and panel interviews that align with shift requirements.
- Handle last-minute changes efficiently, such as rescheduling, cancellations, and no-shows, while keeping everyone involved updated and the process moving forward.
- Assist with onsite interview coordination when needed, including room booking, candidate check-in, and day-of logistics.
- Support new hire onboarding activities, including background check steps and completion of paperwork.
- Help coordinate offer-related actions for candidates coming through the onsite preferred staffing vendor by working with recruiters, HR managers, and hiring managers on offer details, start dates, and status updates.
- Prepare, route, and monitor approval workflows to ensure offers are issued correctly and reflected in Jobvite or related systems.
- Track onboarding progress for new hires, including background checks, paperwork completion, and communication of first-day details.
- Provide backup support for executive interview scheduling by coordinating with executive assistants, hiring leaders, and recruiters to secure availability and deliver a polished scheduling experience.
- Assist with basic reporting and tracking, including interview volume, scheduling service levels, cancellations, and no-shows.
Experience and Skills Needed
The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, HR coordination, or interview scheduling in a fast-moving setting. Experience with an applicant tracking system is important, and Jobvite experience is especially valuable. Strong calendar management skills are needed, including coordination across multiple participants and panel interviews using Google Calendar and/or Outlook.
You should be highly organized, dependable with follow-through, able to juggle several priorities at once, and able to communicate clearly and promptly in order to support a strong candidate experience.
Preferred Experience
It is a plus, though not required, to have handled basic offer workflows such as offer letter preparation, offer delivery, and onboarding coordination. Experience supporting executive-level scheduling or working closely with executive assistants is also beneficial.
