Overview
This opportunity is with a leading integrated technology business in Singapore that also operates in Malaysia. The organisation has an expanding internal talent acquisition team and an active hiring plan across both countries. They are looking for a recruiter who can start contributing quickly and support ongoing hiring needs.
The position is an individual contributor role within Group HR, focused on end-to-end recruitment for technology-related roles across Singapore and Malaysia. You will partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues, gaining exposure to a two-market recruitment environment while strengthening your recruitment capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete hiring process for technology roles in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Work with hiring managers to clarify job needs and define the ideal candidate profile.
- Identify, screen, and evaluate candidates for both role fit and cultural alignment.
- Arrange interviews, coordinate with stakeholders, and support the offer stage.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to keep recruitment moving.
- Keep ATS records accurate and update requisitions regularly.
- Ensure recruitment practices remain aligned with relevant employment laws in both markets.
- Support employer branding efforts in Singapore and Malaysia when required.
- Help create a consistent and positive candidate journey at every stage.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience, either in-house or from an agency background. Candidates who are confident handling stakeholder relationships, communicating clearly with hiring teams, and working across multiple open positions will do well in this role. Experience using ATS platforms is important, and familiarity with employment practices in Singapore and/or Malaysia is preferred. Strong agency recruiters looking to move into an internal role are also encouraged to apply.
