Key Responsibilities
- Continuously analyze, structure, and streamline repair and logistics workflows to ensure smooth and efficient operations from start to finish.
- Contribute actively to company-wide projects by coordinating interdisciplinary topics and acting as the central link between repair, logistics, and procurement.
- Lead the implementation of new standards by managing their practical application and supporting colleagues methodically and technically.
- Maintain oversight of overarching material supply operations by optimizing disposition parameters in the ERP system (such as reorder levels), proactively resolving shortages, and analyzing causes of inventory discrepancies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- A completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or comparable technical/commercial training with further professional development.
- Substantial work experience in process-oriented environments, preferably in work preparation, process optimization, or supply chain management with strong coordination responsibilities.
- Demonstrated skill in active project participation and the ability to drive topics independently while guiding team members.
- High flexibility, organizational talent, and solution-focused mindset combined with strong analytical skills related to process and warehouse metrics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (ideally SAP MM/PP) and enthusiasm for data analysis to enhance processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, assertiveness, a structured approach, and the ability to remain calm under pressure complete your profile.
