Role Overview
We are seeking a Supervisor (m/w/d) in Offenbach and Frankfurt responsible for overseeing efficient and high-quality personnel deployment in line with customer contracts. This is a full-time position with on-site presence, working primarily Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexible hours and the possibility of special duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize personnel scheduling using the Securitas planning software (DPP) covering object and employee planning, invoicing, deployment and leave scheduling, qualification tracking, absence notifications, and payroll interfacing.
- Create, update, and monitor compliance with service instructions onsite.
- Lead, support, and motivate employees within your scope, including conducting performance discussions.
- Assist in recruitment processes alongside the HR center.
- Organize and coordinate onboarding training for new hires.
- Ensure availability of uniforms and technical equipment.
- Coordinate and supervise introduction of new staff at customer sites.
- Support customer retention and growth efforts, including new client acquisition and proposal preparations.
- Work closely with the area manager and deputy area manager.
- Implement quality management in accordance with QM guidelines, monitor contracted security services for quality and scope, and handle complaints.
- Assist with security analyses and risk assessments such as Risk Assessment.
- Maintain Securitas tools and contribute to corporate strategy execution (e.g., toolbox, vision, PDA).
Qualifications and Skills
- Certified protection and security specialist (GSSK) under §34a GewO.
- Completed vocational training; additional business or industry-specific qualifications or degrees in business administration/security management are advantageous.
- Experience in the service and security industry.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Knowledge of personnel planning software.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong technical affinity.
- Excellent verbal and written German and English skills (minimum B2 level).
- Valid driver's license (Class B).
- Impeccable personal conduct.
