Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Frankfurt location, including operational, strategic, and financial management.
- Lead, inspire, and develop both managers and staff while enhancing organizational structures and processes.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, efficient, and legally compliant services and contract fulfillment.
- Manage the budget, financial outcomes, forecasting, and sustainable profitability.
- Maintain and expand relationships with customers and authorities; actively participate in business development, bids, and new service offerings.
- Guarantee adherence to legal, collective bargaining, and company policies.
- Collaborate constructively with employee representatives and implement strategic initiatives and change management projects.
Candidate Profile
- A completed university degree or equivalent qualification focusing on business administration or service-oriented fields.
- Several years of leadership experience in operational, personnel-intensive organizations with responsibility for results.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing complex operational workflows.
- Demonstrable leadership capabilities, assertiveness, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in dealings with clients, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in handling key performance indicators (KPIs), performance management (SLAs), and change processes.
- Knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining, and cooperation with employee representatives is advantageous.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of self-responsibility and a structured, solution-focused approach.
- Experience in security, aviation, or infrastructure service sectors is a plus.
