About the Role
Ewalls India Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Structural Designer / Civil Engineer specialized in steel structures to join their team in Pune, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will take charge of designing steel frameworks, estimating quantities, calculating project costs, and engaging directly with clients to meet project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design steel structures tailored to project specifications and guidelines.
- Calculate steel quantity estimates and project costings accurately.
- Prepare quotations and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to present to clients.
- Engage and coordinate with clients for technical discussions and project clarifications.
- Create and review detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD software.
- Maintain estimation and project-related data efficiently using MS Excel.
- Provide support during project execution phases and assist in design coordination.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural steel design experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of steel structures and fabrication principles.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel tools.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Capabilities to independently prepare estimates, costings, and client quotations.
- Keen attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Compensation and Work Details
Monthly remuneration ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 25,000.
