About the Company
Ewalls India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their Pune office team, bringing at least three years of relevant expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting tasks and bookkeeping activities to maintain financial accuracy.
- Manage comprehensive GST compliance including preparation and reconciliation of GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B, and the annual GSTR-9 returns.
- Handle TDS-related deductions, payments, and filing of returns efficiently.
- Administer payroll processing while ensuring adherence to Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), labor laws, and other statutory deduction requirements.
- Maintain reconciliations with vendors, customers, and banking transactions.
- Support year-end account finalization processes, assist with audits, Registrar of Companies (ROC) filings, and Income Tax compliance obligations.
- Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports to aid in financial planning and decision-making.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a minimum of three years’ experience in accounting, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in GST regulations, TDS, PF, ESIC, payroll operations, and statutory compliance protocols.
- Have a solid understanding of taxation and annual compliance procedures for Private Limited Companies.
- Be skilled in utilizing accounting software such as Tally Prime, MS Excel, and government portals for GST and Income Tax.
- Exhibit honesty, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently without supervision.
