The role is based in Highbrook, Auckland.

What you will do

  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders while working efficiently.
  • Get goods ready for dispatch by packing, labelling, and ticketing them securely.
  • Carry out system updates and other computer-based tasks when needed.
  • Perform daily cycle counts to help keep stock records accurate.

What you need to bring

  • Previous experience in a busy third-party logistics warehouse is required.
  • A forklift licence for High Reach and/or Counterbalance equipment is essential.
  • Hands-on experience in picking, packing, checking, and dispatching orders.
  • Comfort using warehouse management systems and RF scanners.
  • A collaborative attitude with strong customer service focus.
  • Understanding of inventory control and warehouse best practices.
