Role overview
This position suits someone practical, energetic, and comfortable staying active throughout the day. As a Retail Store Person, you will be central to day-to-day store and warehouse activity, helping everything run efficiently from the sales floor to the stock area.
Key duties
- Unload and load weekly trucks and containers carefully and accurately
- Support customers collecting their orders and make the pickup process smooth
- Assist the sales team by moving stock and products to the shop floor
- Record incoming goods correctly in the store system
- Put together furniture items with care and attention to detail
- Follow all occupational health and safety obligations
- Keep the store and warehouse clean, orderly, and safe through good housekeeping practices
- Work cooperatively with the team, show initiative, solve problems, and stay effective in a busy environment
What you will need
- Background in a similar warehousing or distribution support role
- Comfort using email and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A genuine interest in helping people and achieving strong outcomes
- The physical ability to handle furniture and other store products safely
- Clear communication skills
- A dependable, proactive, motivated, and positive approach
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move items of different sizes as part of daily work
Eligibility and work pattern
Applicants must be an Australian citizen or resident, or already have the legal right to work in Australia with a valid visa. The roster runs from Tuesday to Saturday.

This is a full-time onsite role based in Beckenham, Western Australia, Australia. Candidates should be comfortable with regular manual handling, a fast-paced retail environment, and teamwork across shop floor and back-of-house operations.
