Role overview
This is a hands-on retail operations position based in the store and back-of-house area. The role suits someone energetic, dependable, and comfortable staying active throughout the day while helping keep the store running smoothly from the sales floor to the warehouse dock.
Key duties
- Load weekly trucks and containers carefully and accurately
- Help customers collect their orders and ensure the handover is smooth
- Move stock and products to support the sales team and shop floor presentation
- Receive goods into the system with accuracy
- Assemble furniture carefully and with attention to detail
- Follow all workplace health and safety obligations
- Keep the store and warehouse clean, organised, safe, and tidy
- Work cooperatively with the team, use initiative, solve problems, and stay effective in a busy environment
What we are looking for

Additional requirements
- Prior experience in a similar warehousing or distribution support role

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable, committed, self-starting, and driven with a positive can-do attitude
- Because the role involves furniture handling, applicants must be able to safely lift, carry, and move items of different sizes as part of everyday duties
