Team Overview
The Store Manager serves as the foremost ambassador of our brand. This role involves deep engagement with our culture and products, ensuring customers receive exceptional shopping experiences. It offers the chance to be actively involved on the sales floor, collaborating closely with your team to achieve business goals. You will lead, mentor, and support Assistant Store Managers and Retail Assistants to elevate their performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a passionate store culture where every team member becomes an outstanding representative of the brand.
- Foster a high-energy sales environment that delights customers and surpasses their expectations consistently.
- Set ambitious targets and exceed commercial goals, driving outstanding sales success.
- Coach, develop, and inspire your team, promoting accountability and providing immediate feedback to help them meet their KPIs.
- Collaborate with Divisional Sales and HR Managers to address any performance or policy concerns promptly.
- Oversee operations including merchandising, talent development, and customer experience to ensure smooth and timely execution of strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record with 3 to 5 years of experience managing stores in a demanding, high-sales environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and motivate audiences at all organizational levels.
- Strong commercial insight paired with analytical capabilities to deliver measurable results.
- Experienced in recruiting and retaining top talent, focused on career development and succession planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, POS software, and applicant tracking systems.
