Key Responsibilities

  • Lead store operations to meet sales goals and KPIs, embodying the brand’s identity in all interactions.
  • Develop and implement store action plans that align with business objectives.
  • Manage customer relationships and databases to foster loyalty and generate future sales opportunities.
  • Stay informed on market trends, products, and competitors, providing feedback to back-office teams.
  • Utilize both digital and physical sales channels to maximize revenue.
  • Provide strong leadership and clear direction to the store team, promoting a positive, trust-based work environment.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-caliber talent; act as a coach encouraging professional growth using company learning resources.
  • Monitor team performance and implement transparent improvement plans.
  • Promote an omnichannel customer experience by integrating physical and digital touchpoints, emphasizing VIP clienteling and e-commerce involvement.
  • Maintain strict adherence to sales, operational, legal, safety, security, and HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely and quality preparation of e-commerce orders and proper stock management following brand merchandising guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading and developing sales teams in retail settings.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertise in client relationship management with strong CRM tool proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English mandatory.
  • Deep knowledge of luxury fashion trends, materials, and artisanal craftsmanship.
  • Ability to offer personalized styling advice and curate wardrobes.
