Role Overview

As a Store Colleague, you will play an important part in creating a positive in-store experience every day. Your role will involve welcoming shoppers, keeping the sales floor organised, making sure stock is replenished, and supporting the store team in delivering high service and presentation standards.

This position is suited to someone who enjoys a busy retail setting, is comfortable working with customers, and is eager to develop their skills with the support of a collaborative team.

Key Duties

• Greet customers in a warm, confident manner and help them find the products that suit their needs.
• Use store devices and systems to check stock, provide product information, and support the customer journey.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-stocked shop floor with displays that remain fresh and aligned with brand standards.
• Assist with everyday store operations such as till handling, replenishment, and adherence to safety and store procedures.

Skills and Experience

• A positive and energetic approach, suited to a fast-paced retail setting.
• Clear communication skills and confidence when speaking with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn, take on varied tasks, and build new capabilities on the job.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods.
• Attention to detail to ensure the store always looks well presented.
• Proactive behaviour and a genuine interest in supporting sales opportunities.
