Role overview

As a Store Colleague, you will help create a positive customer experience every day in a busy retail setting. Your role will involve welcoming shoppers, supporting them with product queries, maintaining well-presented displays, and making sure stock is replenished. You will contribute to smooth store operations while upholding high standards of service, presentation, and teamwork.
The role offers an hourly rate of £14.25.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and confidently, provide helpful service, and guide them toward the products that suit their needs.
- Use store systems and handheld devices to check inventory, share product availability, and improve the customer journey.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organised, and replenished so that displays remain attractive and on brand.
- Support daily store operations such as till handling, restocking, and following safety and store procedures.
