Role overview

We are looking for a versatile team member for Cult.fit who can handle both stock control and housekeeping activities. The position involves tracking in-store inventory, updating stock records, coordinating replenishment, and making sure merchandise is stored neatly and correctly. Alongside inventory work, the role also covers keeping the store clean, sanitizing important areas, and maintaining hygiene standards so the space remains safe and pleasant for both members and staff.

The right candidate will be dependable, detail-focused, and comfortable managing both physical stock and day-to-day facility upkeep with efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the stock room tidy, systematically arranged, and properly maintained, with items placed in marked sections for quick identification and access.
• Manage stock outward movements from the store to other locations or departments, while maintaining correct entries in registers or systems and following required documentation steps.
• Carry out calibration checks for stock or equipment whenever needed, confirm that items are functioning as expected, and report any concerns to the supervisor.
• Support periodic inventory audits by preparing accurate records, arranging stock for verification, and coordinating with the audit team to maintain compliance and stock accuracy.

Housekeeping and hygiene

In addition to inventory duties, this role includes maintaining store cleanliness, sanitizing high-touch or key areas, and helping sustain a hygienic environment across the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of 10th pass from a recognized board.
• Ability to read and write basic English or a local language.
• Working familiarity with stock handling basics such as counting, recording, organizing, and labeling.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including lifting stock and cleaning-related work.
• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to cleanliness and record accuracy.
