Role overview
Curefit is hiring an Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth across a defined territory and supervise a team of field sales representatives. The role also involves presenting products to prospective and current customers, reviewing team performance, and preparing clear sales updates.
Key responsibilities
- Build sales in the assigned region by working with field teams and channel partners.
- Lead, support, and motivate the sales force to meet business goals.
- Conduct customer presentations for both new and existing accounts.
- Track sales team performance and share concise reports with management.
- Visit dealer outlets regularly to secure orders and collect payments in line with company policy.
- Manage primary and secondary sales activities effectively.
- Support the rollout of new products and ensure proper market placement.
- Strengthen customer relationships and maintain long-term business ties.
- Monitor competitor activity and market movements to inform strategy.
- Plan monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales activities and forecast target achievement.
- Develop creative sales approaches and assess how well they perform.
- Evaluate vendor capabilities and work toward productive, lasting partnerships.
