Job Overview

This opportunity invites professionals with an accounting background to join as a Special Agent, merging financial expertise with investigative responsibilities. Responsibilities

  • Conduct and plan investigations addressing federal law infractions, cybersecurity issues, and matters impacting public safety.
  • Exhibit sound judgment and adaptability to meet the dynamic requirements of investigative work.
  • Foster and maintain productive working relationships with federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international law enforcement entities.
  • Maintain necessary physical fitness levels to fulfill law enforcement duties effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • US citizenship is mandatory.
  • Eligible for Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Must satisfy FBI employment eligibility criteria.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a US-accredited institution, preferably in accounting or related areas such as business administration, finance, or forensic accounting. Academic verification through transcripts is required.

Salary Details

The salary range for this position is $93,749 to $133,200 annually, dependent on base pay, locality adjustments, and availability pay.
