What You’ll Do

• Keep the spa, its facilities, and all shared guest areas clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Welcome and interact with guests in a professional way that supports smooth, high-quality service.
• Guide guests around the spa and explain available facilities and how to use them.
• Share information about spa treatments and retail offerings, helping guests choose suitable options.
• Support day-to-day spa operations while maintaining the standards expected in a luxury hotel setting.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring prior exposure to a luxury hotel or resort environment, along with strong people skills and the ability to adapt to changing shift patterns. The role also calls for someone who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well within a large, diverse team.

About the Work Environment

The hotel is located on Doha’s longest private beach, close to downtown Doha, major government and corporate offices, the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre, City Center Mall, and Doha Golf Club. The property offers a distinctive luxury setting designed to deliver an elevated guest experience.
