Role overview
This opportunity is for Phoenix, Myntra’s returnship initiative for women restarting their careers after a break. The program is based in Bengaluru, follows an onsite work model, and runs for 6 months. It is designed to provide a supportive re-entry into the workplace through structured onboarding, tailored learning opportunities, mentorship, practical project work, and strong employee benefits.
Launched in 2021, Phoenix has continued to grow, and this edition is the 5th batch of the program. Participants work with experienced professionals in e-commerce and contribute to projects that match their strengths and interests. The program is also intended to build capability and may lead to full-time roles at Myntra.

Business development
- Identify promising opportunities for growth within the e-commerce landscape.
- Create plans to increase market presence and improve online sales performance.
- Handle partnership discussions with marketplaces, distributors, and vendors.
Account management
- Oversee the everyday running of e-commerce accounts across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
- Track account performance, improve listings, and maintain alignment with platform rules.
- Maintain productive client relationships and provide timely support and problem solving.
Brand development
- Build and execute initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and recognition.
- Work with marketing teams on digital promotions, campaigns, and content development.
- Study customer behavior and competitor trends to sharpen brand positioning.
Additional information
This role requires a minimum career gap of 6 months at the time of application.
Expected background includes a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, along with 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce management and exposure to multiple platforms. The role also calls for strong analytical ability, comfort with Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace dashboards, plus excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A creative mindset and enthusiasm for digital marketing and brand growth are important.
