The construction team is recognized as a pioneer in Australian construction law, active in many landmark projects across the region. The position provides the chance to work alongside three of Australia's foremost construction lawyers, focusing primarily on backend dispute resolution matters.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Engage with leading legal professionals on high-profile construction and infrastructure disputes.
- Collaborate closely with clients including principals, contractors, and engineers to effectively represent their interests.
- Work on various dispute resolution methods such as litigation, arbitration, and adjudication.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess between two and five years of post-admission experience in construction disputes law.
- Demonstrate the ability to create and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Show evidence of developing a notable professional presence within the construction law industry.
