Role Overview
This is a fully remote position that may be based anywhere in the United States. The Social Media Manager will own the delivery of the organization’s social channel strategy, create efficient operating processes, and strengthen performance tracking. As the internal expert on social media, this person will help connect teams, systems, and workflows to improve collaboration and overall impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Put social channel strategies into action to increase audience engagement and growth while staying aligned with organizational priorities.
- Create, document, and maintain workflows, standards, and operating guidelines that support consistency, speed, and scalability across platforms.
- Track social media performance, review metrics, and prepare reports that produce practical insights for decision-making.
- Use data findings to improve content and campaign performance and to raise audience impact.
- Act as the primary expert and point of contact for the social media management platform currently used by the organization, Sprout Social, supporting adoption and effective use.
- Work closely with internal partners and the social team to coordinate and deliver integrated campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of experience in social media.
- Strong knowledge of social media engagement strategy and channel management is essential.
- Experience building and executing effective social media strategies is needed.
- Ability to interpret performance data and convert it into clear, actionable recommendations is important.
- Must be able to develop and uphold efficient workflows and guidelines.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills are required to align teams and drive execution.

Compensation and Benefits
The starting salary for this role is between $60,000 and $67,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, specialty, education, and location. Final compensation may vary based on non-discriminatory factors.
