Role Overview

This is a fully remote position that may be based anywhere in the United States. The Social Media Manager will own the delivery of the organization’s social channel strategy, create efficient operating processes, and strengthen performance tracking. As the internal expert on social media, this person will help connect teams, systems, and workflows to improve collaboration and overall impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Put social channel strategies into action to increase audience engagement and growth while staying aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Create, document, and maintain workflows, standards, and operating guidelines that support consistency, speed, and scalability across platforms.
  • Track social media performance, review metrics, and prepare reports that produce practical insights for decision-making.

  • Act as the primary expert and point of contact for the social media management platform currently used by the organization, Sprout Social, supporting adoption and effective use.
