Position Overview
The Social Media Admin Coordinator, part of the Creative Department, will focus on supporting the administration, organization, and performance of Surge Staffing's Facebook presence. This role is crucial for processing Facebook ad requests, scrutinizing campaign details, monitoring results, and identifying opportunities to enhance ad performance across all branch locations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and keen on leveraging data and research to help branches achieve better outcomes from Facebook ads, including a rise in job applications. Comfort in communicating with branch teams, offering guidance, and promoting best practices is essential. Responsibilities include managing Facebook page access, assisting branches with administrative queries, maintaining internal tracking databases, processing ad requests, and developing resources to optimize company-wide Facebook utilization. This role is designed for growth, requiring flexibility, organization, a willingness to learn, and adaptability to evolving responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Facebook page access by adding and removing managers as necessary.
- Provide comprehensive support for Facebook administrative matters, including access, permissions, page management, and troubleshooting.
- Direct inquiries regarding post creation, content strategy, campaigns, or messaging to the appropriate Marketing team members.
- Engage with branches lacking a Facebook Manager to facilitate the assignment of a suitable individual.
- Ensure all branches maintain adequate Facebook page coverage and receive necessary support.
- Maintain and update the Facebook Manager Database with accurate and current information.
- Monitor active and inactive Facebook Managers.
- Contribute to the population and upkeep of the Facebook Leaderboard database.
- Regularly review internal records to identify and rectify any missing, outdated, or incomplete data.
- Coordinate with branches to confirm Facebook Manager details when required.
- Process incoming Facebook ad requests submitted through internal systems.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of requests before proceeding.
- Communicate with requestors to obtain any necessary additional information.
- Contribute to refining the Facebook ad request process for enhanced efficiency and clarity.
- Develop new instructional materials aimed at improving the utilization of Facebook ads.
- Research recent updates and changes within the Facebook Ads Manager platform.
- Evaluate the potential benefits of new Facebook tools, updates, or process modifications for Surge.
- Assist in integrating useful platform updates into current ad processes.
- Support the creation of educational resources, infographics, and internal blog posts focused on social media usage and Facebook administration.
- Educate branches on the appropriate and effective use of Facebook tools.
- Collaborate with the Creative team on conceptualizing improvements for Surge Inside platforms that enhance social media utilization and administration.
- Partner with Marketing on strategies to boost Facebook page follower growth.
- Assist with departmental projects that align with the broader Creative Department objectives.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as the role evolves and departmental needs shift.
Qualifications
