Role overview
This is a hybrid creative role for a Social Designer and Editor with a performance-led mindset. The person in this position will join the in-house creative team and produce high-quality social content that is designed to perform across paid and organic channels.
The role calls for someone who can both design and edit, creating attention-grabbing assets for Meta and TikTok. You will partner with the Creative team, Performance Marketing, Brand leads, and Creative Strategist to turn briefs into effective creative across static, motion, and short-form video.
This is a fixed-term opportunity for 2-3 months, ideally beginning within the next few weeks. The company is open to full-time, part-time, or flexible working arrangements, though the role is based in the Lewes office and requires full in-office attendance for new joiners. Applicants should be able to commute reasonably to Lewes, East Sussex.
What you will do
- Produce high-quality static and motion assets for paid social and organic channels, with a primary focus on Meta and TikTok.
- Create attention-grabbing creative in formats such as single-image ads, carousels, stories, reels, and motion graphics.
- Refine existing assets quickly using performance data and insights from creative testing.
- Keep creative output aligned with brand standards while tailoring it for specific platforms and audiences.
- Edit short-form video for paid social, including user-generated content, product-led videos, and brand-focused edits.
- Transform raw footage into ad-ready content, with subtitles and versions suited to vertical and square placements.
- Work at speed and produce several variations from one source asset.
- Apply platform best practices for Meta and TikTok to improve creative effectiveness.
- Approach every brief with a performance mindset, aiming for results as well as visual quality.
- Work closely with the Creative Strategist to bring campaigns and concepts to life.
- Use AI tools where helpful to support production efficiency and scale.
What we are looking for
- A strong portfolio showing social-first creative across both still and video formats.
- Experience designing or editing content for paid social channels; background in D2C, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
- Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of what improves performance on Meta and TikTok.
- Ability to work quickly and manage a high volume of creative without lowering standards.
- Experience interpreting creative briefs and collaborating with strategists and brand teams.
- A balance of creative judgement and commercial, results-focused thinking.
- Highly organised, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Open, collaborative, and responsive to feedback.
- Interest in social trends and emerging creative formats.
- Genuine enthusiasm for purpose-led brands and wellness content.
- Comfort working in a fast-growing scale-up environment.
- Available at short notice and willing to work part-time or flexibly if needed.

Important notes
- This is an office-based position in the company’s Lewes headquarters, so applicants should only apply if they can commute comfortably.
