Key Responsibilities
- Manage small business and home lending requests with simplicity and efficiency.
- Drive business growth and revenue by moving swiftly to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a customer-obsessed approach to increase NAB’s preference as the Bank of Choice.
- Understand customer needs deeply to deliver tailored and comprehensive banking solutions.
- Collaborate with the Retail Branch and Broker network to enhance portfolio performance and customer success.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated motivation to foster genuine personal relationships with customers, helping bring their business visions to reality.
- Experience in lending within business banking or retail banking sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the SME market.
- Excellent skills in customer and relationship management.
- Proven abilities in problem solving, critical thinking, and negotiation.
