As a Small Business Banker, you will not only manage a portfolio but play a pivotal role in helping local businesses grow, thrive, and sustain their communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle small business and home lending requests efficiently while maintaining simplicity for customers.
- Act quickly to increase revenue and promote customer advocacy.
- Adopt a customer-first mindset to enhance the number of clients who choose NAB as their preferred bank.
- Provide personalized and comprehensive banking solutions by thoroughly understanding clients' needs.
- Collaborate with the Retail Branch and Broker networks to strengthen portfolio performance and improve customer outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Driven to establish meaningful personal relationships that empower customers to realize their entrepreneurial ambitions.
- Experience in lending within business banking or retail banking environments.
- Solid understanding of the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) market.
- Strong skills in customer and relationship management.
- Proficient in problem solving, critical analysis, and negotiation.
