Opportunity
This is a permanent full-time opening for a practical, customer-focused warehouse professional to join the Inventory Solutions team in Canning Vale, WA. The role is centred on delivering reliable service to customers while supporting the team’s performance and growth.
What you will do
- Deliver in-person support to customers at their sites.
- Visit several customer locations to restock vending machines.
- Keep regular communication with customers so service expectations are consistently achieved.
- Carry out stock counts in line with company procedures.
- Follow all customer and company WHS policies and procedures without exception.
What you should bring
- Background in customer service or retail, with warehouse knowledge viewed as an advantage.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to develop strong customer relationships.
- Comfort using computers and solving problems in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Ability to consistently follow WHS requirements from both the customer and the company.
- Current and valid manual driver’s licence.
