Site Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a proficient Site Engineer to become a vital part of our Projects Department, facilitating seamless construction operations at our site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position requires actively overseeing progress, maintaining quality standards, and collaborating with various involved parties through all phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and track daily site operations to guarantee adherence to timeline, quality metrics, and project specifications.
• Execute site tasks based on approved blueprints, ensuring compliance with design standards and accuracy.
• Manage concrete-related tasks, coordinating quality control efforts alongside suppliers and contractors.
• Conduct daily audits with the Quality Control team and consultants to detect and address any discrepancies.
• Compile detailed progress updates highlighting key milestones, obstacles faced, and current project status.
• Collaborate closely with the Construction Manager to strategize construction phase implementation.
• Engage with the procurement department to confirm timely supply of materials and optimal inventory control.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline is required.
• At least three years of experience in a comparable construction industry engineering role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving site issues.
