Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers professionally and courteously via chat, email, or phone.
  • Address questions regarding product details, order tracking, returns, and account issues.
  • Utilize Shopify and Gorgias platforms to manage support tickets efficiently and deliver accurate responses.
  • Keep up-to-date with product changes and support procedures to maintain consistent service quality.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written command of the English language.
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in online or remote customer service, preferably in e-commerce or remote support.
  • Familiarity with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask across several customer conversations simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates empathy, patience, and dependability in resolving customer issues.
  • Team player with a solid work ethic and close attention to detail.

Work From Home Requirements

  • Personal computer or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor or equivalent.
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for upload and download.
