Be an integral part of a supportive, team-focused environment at a leading international claims management firm. As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will help maintain the highest standards in service provision for clients, ensuring both satisfaction and compliance with contracts and service level agreements (SLAs). This role offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to initiatives that drive innovation and operational excellence within the company.
About the Role
- Oversee and coordinate the seamless delivery of services to our clients, consistently aligning with agreed performance benchmarks and internal quality guidelines.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on service performance relative to SLAs, proactively highlighting and escalating any risks or issues.
- Prepare accurate monthly reports for clients and support efforts to optimise processes and service quality.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure aligned priorities and consistent delivery of services.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying and participating in efficiency and client satisfaction initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, suitable for presenting critical information and collaborating with colleagues.
- Highly organised approach to managing priorities and meeting tight deadlines in a process-driven role.
- Excellent attention to detail, with proven skills using Microsoft Word and Excel, and a quick learner of new digital tools and systems.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities, and a commitment to managing sensitive information discreetly.
- Resourceful and solution-driven, taking pride in delivering results and maintaining high service standards.
