Senior Training Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Training Manager to spearhead our learning and development initiatives. This pivotal role is responsible for guiding the strategic development of our employee training programs, ensuring our team possesses the essential skills and knowledge for success. You will be instrumental in establishing a strong training framework that aligns with our company's mission and values, cultivating an environment of ongoing learning and career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a comprehensive training and development strategy that supports business objectives and boosts employee engagement.
• Guide a team of training specialists, offering mentorship to ensure excellent program delivery and ongoing enhancement.
• Identify skill gaps and development opportunities by assessing training needs via surveys, interviews, and performance reviews.
• Supervise the creation and rollout of training programs, workshops, and digital learning modules tailored to various learning preferences.
• Partner with senior management to synchronize training efforts with organizational goals and performance indicators.
• Measure the impact of training programs using feedback and assessments, implementing data-informed modifications for optimal results.
• Promote a learning culture by advocating for training programs and encouraging participation throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in training and development, with a demonstrated history of success in a leadership capacity.
• Proven expertise in developing and deploying impactful learning strategies that enhance organizational performance.
• Solid grasp of adult learning theories and instructional design techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of influencing and connecting with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.

This is a full-time, onsite position located in Siliguri, West Bengal, India.
