- Work in close partnership with engineering managers to clarify hiring priorities, role expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Identify and engage high-quality technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and specialized tech communities.
- Run structured screenings and interviews to evaluate technical capability, relevant experience, and cultural alignment.
- Create and maintain strong talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Monitor, organize, and report on recruitment metrics to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Improve the use of applicant tracking systems so records stay accurate and workflows remain efficient.
- Partner with the wider talent acquisition team to strengthen sourcing approaches, tools, and hiring practices.
- Represent the company at career fairs, meetups, and industry events to support employer branding.
- Continuously enhance the candidate journey so the process remains smooth, professional, and positive.

- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment reporting metrics to support decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal partners.
- Well organized and able to manage several open requisitions at the same time.
- Comfort working in a changing, fast-paced setting with shifting priorities.
- Curiosity about technology and a proactive approach to improving recruiting workflows and tools.

- Flexible hybrid or remote arrangements, depending on location and eligibility.
- Wellness resources, workshops, and mental health support, including a Headspace subscription.
- An inclusive culture with active employee resource groups that support belonging and community.
- Team gatherings, social activities, and a collaborative office environment where applicable.

Application and data processing notice
Applications are reviewed using an AI-assisted matching process intended to help identify candidates who best fit the core requirements. The shortlist is then sent to the hiring company, while final interviews, assessments, and hiring decisions are managed by their internal team.
By applying, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed to assess your candidacy and shared with the employer as part of the hiring process. This processing is based on legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection to your data handling at any time.
AI tools may also support parts of the recruitment workflow, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or checking responses for inconsistencies or verification signals. These tools assist recruiters but do not replace human judgment, and all final hiring decisions are made by people.
