- Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and test cases to support delivery quality.
- Coordinate closely with developers, QA teams, and solution architects to ensure business needs are translated into technical outcomes.
- Lead or support UAT sessions, capture user feedback, and assist with end-user training.
- Keep system documentation, process documentation, and knowledge resources current and accurate.
- Encourage sound practices around no-code development, workflow automation, and effective use of the Creatio ecosystem.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM, BPM, or enterprise software settings.
- Minimum 1 year of practical experience with the Creatio platform, including CRM or Studio modules.
- Solid understanding of business process management, BPMN, CRM concepts, and workflow automation.
- Proven ability to run requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, specification writing, and stakeholder alignment.
- Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices and experience in cross-functional teams.
- Basic familiarity with low-code development concepts and Creatio configuration options.
- Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Additional plus points: Creatio certification, integration experience with REST APIs or OData, knowledge of PostgreSQL or MS SQL, data modeling experience, and exposure to reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Benefits
- Flexible working setup with the option to work from home or from the office.
- Remote onboarding provided from the start.

- Ongoing learning support through internal training, company libraries, and partner-led education programs.
- Health and life insurance coverage.
- Wellbeing support, including access to professional psychological assistance.
- Reimbursement for mobile communication expenses.
- Chance to contribute to modern CRM, BPM, and low-code transformation initiatives.
- Supportive, collaborative culture with room for development and knowledge sharing.
