Role overview
This is a permanent, full-time leadership opportunity for a Senior Supply Chain Manager based in Huntsville, Arkansas. The role is with a global organization serving the aerospace, defense, and industrial manufacturing sectors. Relocation support is provided for the selected candidate.
What you will handle
- Shape and oversee supply chain direction and day-to-day execution.
- Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and strengthen overall operational performance.
- Manage supplier partnerships along with procurement effectiveness.
- Work to improve inventory levels, delivery performance, and cost efficiency.
- Guide and develop a strong-performing team.
- Support new product launch activities as part of supply chain coordination.
Candidate profile
- A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is considered an advantage.
- More than 8 years of experience in supply chain leadership is expected.
- Hands-on exposure to S&OP, ERP platforms, procurement, and supplier development is needed.
- Applicants should bring strong analytical ability, communication skills, and leadership capability.
- Experience in aerospace or electronics manufacturing is preferred.
