Role Overview

This position is for a senior retail operations leader who will manage daily operations for a technology-enabled retail platform. The role focuses on keeping logistics, stock handling, and customer service processes running smoothly while supporting a distributed team. Responsibilities

  • Lead the full retail operations cycle, including inventory control, fulfillment processes, and escalation handling for customer support.

  • Track operational metrics such as fulfillment accuracy, delivery speed, and customer satisfaction indicators.

Requirements
