Role overview
This opening is for an Enterprise Client Partner focused on frontier AI, working full-time in a remote setup. The position is centered on helping enterprise customers adopt advanced AI products, integrate them into day-to-day operations, and achieve clear, measurable business results. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, connecting technical possibilities with business priorities.
What you will do
- Build and run account plans for large enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 organizations, to increase adoption of next-generation AI solutions.
- Partner with client stakeholders to uncover business challenges and shape AI-based solutions that support digital transformation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams to deliver and expand AI initiatives successfully across major accounts.
- Monitor key metrics, return on investment, and overall business outcomes, and communicate results to senior stakeholders and clients.
- Guide customers on how to embed frontier AI into their existing systems, processes, and operating environment.
Required background and capabilities
The ideal candidate should have experience in selling and implementing enterprise AI products, with preference for exposure to financial services or technology environments. A strong record in enterprise account management, including revenue growth and client retention, is important. The role also calls for a solid grasp of AI/ML concepts such as large language models, generative AI, and automation tools. You should be comfortable turning technical detail into practical business recommendations for senior executives. Familiarity with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and business intelligence software is also expected.
