Role Summary

This remote, full-time position is for an experienced Senior Proposal Writer who will own the creation, writing, and coordination of strong proposals, RFP/RFI responses, statements of work, and other sales support materials. The role works closely with sales, solution architects, delivery teams, and leadership to interpret requirements, organize proposal structure, and craft customized narratives that communicate value, technical approach, and differentiation clearly.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage proposal schedules, keep the content library current and well-organized, and ensure that all documents follow the right brand voice, messaging, formatting, and compliance standards. The position also involves improving proposal operations by building templates, documenting best practices, developing reusable content, and reviewing metrics and feedback to strengthen future proposal outcomes and increase win rates.

Qualifications

  • Proven strength in proposal and technical writing, with the ability to produce clear, compelling, and client-focused material for RFPs, RFIs, and complex solution proposals.
  • Ability to work with sales, pre-sales, technical teams, and leadership to gather information, shape solution messaging, and align content with client expectations.
  • Strong editing, proofreading, and document organization skills, with careful attention to detail, consistency, grammar, and brand/compliance requirements.
  • Experience handling the full proposal lifecycle, including needs analysis, content planning, scheduling, version control, and delivery within strict deadlines.
  • Exposure to technology consulting, SaaS, cloud services, AI/automation, or enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, low-code platforms, or document management is an advantage.
  • Comfort using productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and shared content repositories, along with maintaining a structured knowledge library.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly grasp complex information.

Additional Information

This is a full-time remote role based out of Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India.
