Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in Doha is focused on managing client relationships and supporting sales for the company’s residential and commercial property portfolio. The Senior Property Consultant will qualify leads, arrange and conduct property viewings, explain investment options, and guide clients toward properties that align with their requirements and financial goals.
The role also includes preparing and negotiating offers, assisting clients through the leasing or purchase journey, ensuring paperwork is accurate, and staying compliant with local regulations. In addition, the consultant will maintain strong market awareness, work closely with internal teams on availability and pricing, provide dependable service throughout and after the transaction, and contribute to revenue growth by building lasting client relationships and representing the brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client interactions and guide them through residential and commercial property options.
- Source, qualify, and manage leads to support sales activity.
- Organize and attend property tours and client meetings.
- Showcase suitable investment opportunities based on client needs and budget.
- Draft, present, and negotiate offers with clients and other parties.
- Support customers through the leasing or purchase process from start to finish.
- Maintain correct records and ensure documentation complies with local rules.
- Keep current with market trends, pricing, and property availability.
- Coordinate with internal teams to confirm listings, pricing, and inventory updates.
- Deliver responsive service before and after transactions.
- Develop long-term client relationships and promote the company’s brand in a professional manner.
- Contribute to sales targets and overall business expansion.
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should bring strong advisory and consultative abilities, along with the judgment needed to identify client requirements and match them with appropriate real estate solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication, along with confident presentation skills, is important for success in this role.
Applicants should have solid customer service capabilities, a proven track record in sales ideally within property sales or leasing, and the ability to meet or exceed targets. Practical familiarity with the real estate market, preferably in Qatar, including property types, pricing structures, and legal considerations, is highly valued.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates should also be comfortable using CRM systems, property listing tools, MS Office, email, and other digital platforms. English fluency is required; Arabic or other languages would be an added advantage. The role requires someone who can work on-site in Doha, handle several client engagements at once, adapt to a fast-moving target-driven environment, and uphold high ethical and professional standards aligned with the company’s values.
