Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Doha, Qatar. The Property Consultant will guide clients through the entire property journey, from understanding requirements to presenting suitable residential and commercial choices and arranging viewings.
Key Responsibilities
The role includes advising clients on market conditions, pricing, potential returns, and legal procedures while making sure documentation is accurate and company standards are followed. The consultant will generate and screen leads, respond to inquiries, keep the listing database current, and work with internal teams such as marketing and property management.
Additional duties include handling negotiations, preparing offers, assisting clients through closure, and delivering post-sale support to maintain strong long-term client relationships.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should bring strong consultative and real estate abilities, along with the confidence to recommend suitable property options, interpret market movement, and discuss investment opportunities. Excellent communication and customer service skills are needed, including attentive listening, relationship management, and a polished client-facing approach.
A background in sales, ideally in real estate or a related sector, is preferred, especially with a record of achieving targets. Familiarity with Qatar’s real estate rules, transaction steps, and documentation is highly desirable.
Basic CRM software knowledge and proficiency in MS Office are required to maintain accurate records and property listings. English fluency is essential, and Arabic or any additional language will be an advantage. Candidates must hold a valid Qatar driving license and be ready to travel for client meetings and site visits. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
