Role overview

As a Senior Property Consultant, you will concentrate on buying and selling property on behalf of a range of clients, including government departments, agencies, and local councils. The position requires specialist knowledge of the Public Works Act and a solid grasp of related legislation.

You will work as part of a team of more than 40 professionals, contributing to a collaborative environment that values empowerment, innovation, and fresh ideas. Skills and experience

• Relevant tertiary qualification in property, law, or a closely related field
• At least 8 years of experience in a property or legal discipline is preferred
• Strong working knowledge of New Zealand standards, laws, and practices, especially the Public Works Act 1981
• Confidence in dealing with property owners and a broad range of property professionals
• Experience building client relationships with a strong client-service mindset
