Senior Planning and Performance Specialist

Role overview

Tbar Holding is looking for a Senior Planning and Performance Specialist based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on turning strategy into executable plans, setting performance measures, and helping teams track delivery against business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Convert strategic objectives into practical execution plans, define KPIs, and connect them to departmental and team-level work.
• Support departments and committees in building implementation roadmaps, workstreams, and operating plans that align with the organization’s strategic direction.
• Contribute to the design, development, and rollout of the performance system.
• Help establish and govern performance management frameworks such as Balanced Scorecard and OKRs.
• Track performance by setting KPIs, success indicators, and dashboards to follow initiative progress.
• Monitor execution of the strategy and related operational plans, then revise plans based on changes and gaps identified during implementation.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting tools that support leadership decisions.

Required background and skills

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, project management, or a similar discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in strategy execution, performance management, or a closely related area.
• Strong working knowledge of performance management methods, including OKRs, Balanced Scorecard models, and appraisal systems; higher professional certifications are an advantage.
• Advanced capability with planning tools such as MS Project or similar software.
• Strong experience in data handling, analysis, and dashboard/report development.
• Project management qualifications such as PMP are preferred.
• Previous exposure to real estate asset management and real estate development is an advantage.
