Business Analyst

About the Role

The company is looking for a meticulous, insight-driven Business Analyst to strengthen its team in Riyadh. In this position, you will study how the business operates, uncover opportunities to improve performance, collect and translate requirements, and help roll out solutions that raise efficiency and align with broader strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to collect, interpret, and record business needs.
• Review existing processes and suggest practical ways to improve them.
• Develop functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and process maps.
• Partner with teams across the business to deliver effective solutions.
• Examine data and build reports that support informed decision-making.
• Take part in testing and confirming system or process enhancements.
• Track project status and verify that all requirements are delivered as expected.
• Spot risks, process gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Contribute to change management efforts and encourage user adoption.
• Create presentations and management reports for leadership review.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or another relevant discipline is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a closely related role is needed.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability are essential.
• Hands-on experience with requirement gathering and process mapping is expected.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is necessary.
• Exposure to data analysis and reporting tools will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively are important.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
