About the Role
This Senior Manager role sits within the Global Supply Chain business unit at Sun Pharma, based at SUN House in Mumbai. The position is focused on using business insight and data to improve supply chain decision-making, planning, and performance across key operational areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Sales & Operations Planning discussions by bringing in business insights and supporting decisions with data.
- Define, track, and clearly communicate supply chain performance measures across service, inventory days on hand, distribution/logistics cost, SLOB, and operational reliability.
- Drive strategic initiatives in demand planning, inventory control, and logistics, including freight efficiency and loadability improvement.
- Apply hands-on experience in implementing initiatives such as Transportation Management Systems and Kinaxis.
- Lead segmentation studies, annual budgeting, cost-to-serve analysis, and inventory optimization efforts.
- Build an analytics-led supply chain agenda and support adoption of visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, and R.

Travel: Up to 10% travel may be required.
Education and Experience
