- Manage delivery in a SAFe Agile environment, including PI planning, backlog refinement, feature scoping, and alignment to value streams.
- Improve the Lead-to-Opportunity flow, including lead handling, routing, pipeline creation, forecasting, and sales productivity.
- Drive Adopt-to-Consume improvements across onboarding, health scoring, retention, renewals, and customer success operations.
- Work with leaders from Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and IT to align priorities and execution.
- Define and track performance measures linked to platform performance, customer outcomes, and revenue impact.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops, roadmap reviews, and executive updates to maintain clarity and alignment.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers and analysts while encouraging performance, learning, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of product management experience, including leadership exposure in B2B SaaS or enterprise platform environments.
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience supervising product managers and/or business analysts.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, especially Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; relevant certifications are preferred.
- Proven track record of building and delivering multi-year product roadmaps with measurable business results.
- Practical experience in SAFe Agile settings, including PI planning, backlog management, and value stream delivery.
- Solid understanding of go-to-market systems, including lead management, pipeline development, and customer lifecycle processes.
- Experience partnering with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and senior stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership decisions.
- Analytical approach with the ability to define, monitor, and interpret KPIs tied to revenue and customer outcomes.
- Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar, and roadmap tools such as Aha! or Productboard.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
