Role overview
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead and scale product marketing for a growing SaaS platform in Germany. The role is focused on shaping how the product is positioned, communicated, and brought to market, while also helping improve customer adoption and revenue growth.
This is a strategic, hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-moving, international environment and can turn complex technology into clear, compelling customer value.
What you will do
- Set the product marketing direction, including positioning, messaging, value propositions, and differentiation for key audience segments.
- Build persuasive sales and marketing assets such as presentations, battle cards, case studies, product collateral, and customer success narratives.
- Plan and deliver go-to-market activity for launches, integrations, new releases, and product enhancements.
- Work with Product and Engineering to align roadmap priorities, launch preparation, and customer communications.
- Increase adoption, engagement, and awareness through focused campaigns and content programs.
- Produce thought leadership materials such as whitepapers, reports, videos, webinars, executive decks, and market insights.
- Develop customer proof assets by managing testimonials, case studies, review-platform presence, and success storytelling.
- Own website content direction, organic growth efforts, SEO, AEO, AI search optimization, and product page improvements.
- Define marketing KPIs, create dashboards, and maintain analytics processes to track campaign results, pipeline impact, and ROI.
- Use AI-assisted marketing tools for content production, campaign tuning, competitor analysis, audience segmentation, and marketing innovation.
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to keep product work aligned with business goals.
What we are looking for
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Content Marketing, or a closely related marketing role.
- Direct experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a track record of promoting SaaS products successfully.
- Proven ability to improve adoption, pipeline growth, brand visibility, and other measurable business outcomes.
- Strong background in product launches, go-to-market planning, and integrated campaign execution.
- Excellent writing, speaking, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical subjects clearly.
- Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting data, measuring marketing performance, and improving campaigns.
- Experience using marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics systems.
- Comfort working in a high-growth, fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience in cloud commerce, cloud marketplaces such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, marketplace enablement, ISV platforms, subscription management, FinOps, or cloud spend solutions is considered a strong plus.
- Practical use of AI-driven marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, HubSpot AI, or similar solutions is highly advantageous.
Benefits
- Fully remote role with flexibility across international teams and time zones.
- Opportunity to own and help define the product marketing function in a growing technology business.
- High-impact position with direct influence on product adoption, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Close collaboration with global teams in Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership.
- Exposure to modern SaaS, cloud marketplace, and AI-based marketing initiatives.
- Strong professional growth potential in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving setting.
