Senior Manager Next Digital Strategy

Role Overview

As a (Senior) Manager at Next Digital Strategy, you will address complex strategic challenges for large corporations, mid-sized companies, and public sector institutions. Your consultancy focus includes developing transformative strategies and steering their practical implementation. You will acquire and manage projects while leading consultants to deliver top-tier results for clients and the firm's growth. You will assume responsibility within a highly skilled and motivated team, enjoying opportunities for personal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and expansion of client relationships and associated projects
• Manage programs and projects to create and implement transformative strategies, guiding both our consultants and clients’ leadership and staff
• Serve as a strategic partner and contact point for client management, ensuring high customer satisfaction through successful project delivery
• Coach and support your project team members, significantly contributing to their professional growth
• Continuously expand your personal network to attract new clients and projects

Required Competencies

• At least four years of professional experience in strategic consulting firms, in-house consulting, or leadership roles focused on digital transformation
• Proven track record in managing programs and projects involving substantial change
• Demonstrated experience in client acquisition and portfolio building
• Excellent qualifications, notably a completed master's degree
• Strong creativity and analytical skills to resolve complex client challenges
• Results-driven mindset, enthusiasm, and willingness to drive change within digital transformation contexts
