Key Responsibilities

• Support the nationwide project portfolio within Marketing Transformation, Business Transformation, People Transformation, and Technology Transformation, participating in digital transformation initiatives.
• Engage directly with clients by exchanging ideas, presenting outcomes, and facilitating workshops, including occasional onsite involvement.
• Contribute to the company's growth through leadership responsibilities over (Visiting) Consultants and active participation in internal projects.
• Become an integral part of a highly skilled and diverse team committed to excellence.
• Develop new consulting approaches and business areas with considerable autonomy to acquire new clients.

Candidate Profile

• At least two years of professional experience in strategic consulting firms (Tier 1, Tier 2, boutique specialists) or in-house consulting.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital transformation, strategic planning and implementation of new technologies/AI, change management, communication, marketing and sales strategies, or program and project management involving significant change.
• Outstanding academic background (Master's degree or equivalent), ideally complemented by relevant further education and certifications.
• Strong dedication and ambition, a drive for shaping outcomes, and alignment with the company’s mission and goals.
• Creativity combined with analytical prowess to address complex challenges across industries and clients.
• Substantial experience managing project teams of two or more consultants plus interns.
